Resonance Reset™ Affiliate Terms of Service

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Partner”) in the Resonance Reset™ Affiliate Program operated by Nathalie-Claude Daxelhofer, Kirchstraße 34, 79100 Freiburg, Germany ("we", “our”, or “Resonance Reset™”).

By enrolling in the program, you agree to these Terms, in addition to our General Terms & Conditions

and Privacy Policy

§1 Program Eligibility & Ethics

We welcome intuitive creators, sound healers, and aligned ambassadors who share our mission of elevating human consciousness through frequency and resonance. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.

The following are not permitted:

Spammy promotion tactics or affiliate code dumping

Use of discount/code stacking sites

Misleading claims about our products

Promotion on sites or in communities not aligned with our values

§2 Commission Rates

You will receive commission for qualifying sales as follows:

Product Type Base Commission

Crystal Bowls 15%

Digital Downloads 50%

Sub-Affiliate Bonus 5% of referred affiliate sales

All commissions are calculated on the net sales amount (excluding VAT and shipping).

§3 Cookies & Attribution

Our affiliate tracking uses a 30-day cookie window.

If a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive credit.

The last affiliate link clicked is the one credited.

§4 VAT, Invoicing & Payouts

Commission amounts include VAT (where applicable).

You are responsible for declaring your earnings in accordance with your local tax laws.

Payouts are made monthly, approximately 30–45 days after the customer’s purchase, to allow for returns and processing.

No minimum threshold required.

You must provide accurate PayPal or bank details to receive payouts. Any failed payment attempts will be notified via email.

§5 Returns & Fraud

If a referred customer:

Cancels their order

Initiates a refund

Or is flagged for fraudulent activity

→ The associated commission will be voided or reversed.

§6 Brand Use & Creative Assets

You may use official graphics and copy provided inside the affiliate portal or upon request.

Modifying logos, product names, or making false representations is not permitted.

We reserve the right to review and approve your usage of brand assets at any time.

§7 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Violation of these terms, brand misalignment, or unethical promotion will result in immediate deactivation.

Upon termination:

Outstanding commissions will be paid according to our payout schedule

You must immediately stop using all Resonance Reset™ branding, links, and materials

§8 Final Provisions

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.

In case of disputes, the court of jurisdiction is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
