Payouts, Invoicing & Legal Info

Private or non-EU affiliates:

– Paid net amount — no invoice needed

– You’ll receive a self-generated credit note

EU business affiliates with VAT ID:

– Please invoice us after payout approval

– Add 19% VAT if you're based in Germany

– Add your VAT number if based elsewhere (reverse charge applies)

– Send invoices to: affiliates@resonancereset.com

Timing:

– Digital: paid end of same month

– Physical: paid after 21-day return period (post delivery)

– Payouts issued via WISE within 7–10 days
